kernel-headers version is dependent upon the installed kernel of the
build host on which glibc was complied.

%package -n kernel-headers
Summary: Header files for the Linux kernel.
Group: Development/Kernel
Epoch: 1
Version: %{kversion}
Release: %{krelease}

Build host was running kernel-2.4.18 when compiling glibc-2.2.5 so
kernel-header would also be version 2.4.18.
