Thanks Jim, and Bob. You were right. The rudder cables were not crossed. 
Unfortunately, I relied on someone else about direction of movement when 
doing the rigging. I have double, double checked the rigging procedure,
and 
nowhere does it mention that the rudder cables are to be crossed when 
assembling, or checking the rigging. I did find in the middle of service 
bulletin # 59 mention that the cables are to be crossed in the middle of
the 
tail cone.
Anyway, they are now crossed in the middle of the tail cone, actuate in
the 
proper direction and the coupe no longer exhibits any adverse yaw
tendencies.
