BTW, BIG no for a report system. I simply don't trust any system that would have any kind of automation in it. I don't really see anyone from Valve investigating all the servers that gets X reports. People would raid report legit servers and they would probably get banned from time to time because someone makes a mistake or is to lazy to investigate it.
