Yes, I've successfully used those Twilight Struggle files on another 
PC for a few turns juts fine.

And yes, there was something funny with my PC clock. I never noticed 
it - the date was fine but the year was set to 8008. I changed it to 
2008, deleted CB, restarted the PC, and re-installed CB - but I 
still got the error with CBPlay. I ran it with the debugger on and 
got the exact same output as below.

How do I check my system's clock battery?
