The question is: what is the system date, including year, when you launch the program? I can't even force my year to 8008 to test this scenario. WinDoze won't allow it. >How do I check my system's clock battery? If your system doesn't maintain the proper date (including year!) when you pull the plug for a bit and power it back on, your battery is bad. Every system is different but there is usually a coin style battery on the motherboard. Another possibility is the RTC (Real Time Clock) chip is screwed up. This is definitely a fringe case for CB use. Dale
