Hi everyone, I'm a bit biased since I created proposal #4, but I must say the work from others is also great.
Regarding the design choices for #4, I intentionally avoided Apache-related colors because I see Magpie as an agnostic project. My goal was to create something modern and iconographic that wouldn't feel limited, focusing on adoption by projects outside of the ASF as well. Ruth and Richard, thank you for the feedback! I am definitely open to working on variations and incorporating elements and colors (black and white, but not just that, the green, blue, and other colors and accents from magpie - the bird) that everyone liked from the other proposals.
