Vlad, Would you want to continue to be involved in the project, even if this involvement is itself causing community folks to stay away? If the issue is cultural, things will not improve. Doing the same thing again and expecting different result will not work. Why not change the policies that enforces a different culture, and then wait 6 months to see if things change. With regards to listing features, that needs to be something that the contributors should decide.
