I have question wrt language selection:
-- many a french speaking people won't speak any English at all. The "Select a
different language" list might therefore be ignored.
What do you think about a flag icon or something?
-- if I understand the page well, the purpose of the "Select a different
language" list is to (1) change the GUI language and (2) direct help search to
the corresponding language resources. Right?
