Taking a look at our wiki we did start the outline of some work a while ago here: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KIBBLE/Review+Kibble+Against+CHAOSS+Metrics I'll do a review to make sure we are aligned and have the most up to date metric list before starting the work. On the 'how' Kibble implements the metric - what are you expecting for that? A paragraph description? A code snippet?
