I've not found (in web) any address, email or fax, where to send my SCA or
CA. It is waiting for it. May be I need your help or your guide.

In http://www.openoffice.org/FAQs/faq-licensing.html I found no link. Have I
to file an issue somewhere ? Sorry, but so frustrating...  I think a quality
form of document will have inside where it has to be sent.
