Excellent idea. I'd just be careful in telling people that for support they should go to http://forum.openoffice.org to define the kind of questions we want to have (so, for example, "How can I prepare a tri-fold brochure with OpenOffice?" is right; a bug report or enhancement request is not quite right, at least in general).
