I think that Justin's point is that you don't need to cancel the vote if all you are doing is just renaming the source dist/artifacts (if you choose to do so). > There is no proof of any issues with the git tag. If there is an issue it wouldn't be noticed in Pekko core because it's the root dependency, it's in the custom code/regex's that we have in Pekkos modules when resolving artifacts from repositories.
