I asked Shaun McDonald about the current ja build.
(Unfortunately, I'm not so interested in en-US version now.)

His answer didn't touch on the final decisoin, but just the priority.
However, in fact, the final decision has been ever taken by each NL team,
so I'd like to continue this question with Maho in the Japanese mailing
list. I'm sorry for all the fuss.

And I hope Maho keeps his long and meaningful build activities.
I understand his achievement develops OOo comunity well, especially for
PPC users and many users whose native language edition cannot be provided
by SUN, and for reinforcing OOo's quality.
