But when they say it they are just saying that this direction is too much, or that direction is too much. Everyone from their diff POVs see some other direction as that which needs to be balanced towards or away from. But everyone is saying the same thing. This all started b/c Ali is in a situation where the classic user (he who uses the product) is all but disregarded. So he is just asking for balance towards consideration. B/c he's in that extreme environment, "balance" means strong evangelism and so the language and tone it exudes is stronger and more targeted.
