I have used Eric Koldingers Synchronizer plugin for some time now. And it works and makes synchronizing usable. But for now it has a small problem: It turns on every player there is in the system, regardless of the player is not in the chosen sync-zone. And the interface in SBS is hideous (Sorry Eric) but it works and without it I wouldn't know how to handle my 4 players.
