SoundCloud plays through HTML 5 on the web site. It's one of these examples that work from iPeng but it's difficult. Soundcloud links expire after a few seconds so you can't re-play them and if you pause them, they are gone. You'd need native support for SoundCloud's API to do any better than that, e.g. through a plugin but the one plugin for SoundCloud that is available doesn't do it.
