I have written most of the content of the Base-Handbuch. So let me say: We haven't translated anything from the Base-Guide (or the draft-chapters of it ...) for the Base-Handbuch. I have written it, because there wasn't much information available for Base and it seems to be needed in mailinglists and forums.
