So they will no longer need a French address to accompany the application? Only an international trademark recognized in France? 3) Individuals with an address in France (earlier in the document, they specify that the person must justify three consecutive months at that address) Ah, so it's not really opened much if the Registrant has to be resident at that address. All that has changed is that they no longer have to present a French passport or a Carte De Sejour - which presumably as a resident they would have anyway?
