I'll clarify the revenue share formula for those that have not seen this.

We start with the net revenue that is generated from each domain. From
this we deduct the cost of the domain renewal, and the remaining amount
is split 50/50 between Tucows and the reseller.

As an example, a .com renewal is $6.42 to the registry and $0.20 to ICANN,
which Tucows pays. If the domain generates $8.62 of revenue in the year,
Tucows and the reseller split the $2.00 equally ($1.00 each)

Subject: Re: [domains-gen] New Parked Pages :(

Hello Bill and thanks for your feedback.

I did try to find your e-mail address to e-mail personally but gave up and
decided to post here instead ;)

I agree with your points about the automation rather than manually adding
keywords (we have far too many domains to care about doing that!) but still
stand by mine, and others, comments about the look.

It really does like cheap and I'm concerned about having our company
name/logo at the top of the page.

I really do feel though that this change, along with Tucows jumping in on
..uk domains a few days after they expire and the disappointing revenue
share
given to resellers makes me seriously want to consider other options :(

Simon
