The antenna you are asking for is the 'holy grail' for us all, so the best you will come up with is some form of compromise. a full size loop or longer dipole type with a good tuner will go a long way. myself, I haven't been too happy with the G5RV, but others have been.. same thing with windoms, bazooka's etc. and for me, these are types for me to tinker around with and have some fun with it. But the loop or dipole are simple, and fed with 450 ladder and good tuner, will pretty much do what you are asking.
