hey
I'm a guy, but don't worry I took no offense to the misnomer.
from what i've seen, the modem does work...the computer doesnt complain
about it or anything for what I have done
I dont really know what condition the system software install is in..
the powerbook tools like battery reconditioner are there
it doesnt have any browser installed that I know of
AOL isnt on there either
word, excel, powerpoint, etc are on there but that wont do me any good
the computer has 12mb of ram, 230(I think, it's not on right now to check)MB
hd..
and I'm not a newbie to computers...not even to macs...it's just been a few
years since I've used a mac
in fact..I'm leaving to kansas city, missouri tomorrow for SkillsUSA-VICA's
National Leadership & Skills Convention and I'm competing in Computer
Maintenance Technology, because I got first place at state level. Also, I am
halfway through the CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Analyst) course
it's just this mac stuff...so non-standard..
