Great,... I've to remember this (or better RTFM the next time ;-))...

AND GUESS WHAT? 
Writing and Reading back the project file created with Rev. 69 under linux 
works!!! At least on my Suse/UTF-8 Box...

It looks exactly like the project file created under Windows with Rev. 70 (but 
I'll check the behavoir of Rev69/70 under Windows again... just to be really 
sure... ahemm)!

Seems that we need some #ifdefs ... ;)

I've build the windows libraries from source using QT 3.3.8  (under Linux it's 
3.3.5, whereas these I did not build by myself). I don't expect any 
differences due to the version number, but maybe there are some #ifdef's 
because Windows always uses UTF-8 whereas under Linux 
different encodings are possible...

PS: BTW,... the "svn diff"-patch from above does (of course) NOT change back 
the $Id comment line with the version information... so the binary is still 
called Rev70... just to avoid any confusion if someone wants to try... ;-)
