Well, I'm okay with them hitting the inbox, but perhaps we can make it
default to 'read' for items that are also being emailed.  I.e., if we
know you're sending it to both inbox + email, then we put it in the
inbox as already read.

We can also automatically archive, maybe?  Or make the inbox view show
only unread items?
