To the group:

I acknowledge and respect the views of all who post here on this
group. By now most of you are aware of what I am trying to do as
far as EDI and AS2.

We are not a large company as far as volume in kc of EDI
transactions, averaging only 3000 kcs per month. We are committed
to pursuing AS2 and migrating traffic off of our VAN.
I am investigating sufficient low-cost AS2 encryption software that
will allow us to move away from a VAN and do our own communications.
Clearly as we move away from a VAN we want to have the remaining
traffic cost as little as possible.
In my investigation I am now resorting to contacting as many VANs as
I can reasonably contact to see what rates they have for lower
volume EDI (approx 600 kc per month) while still providing ample VAN
support. If anyone has any experience with any VAN's pricing for
this smaller amount then please let me know as it would save me some
time.

I appreciate your thoughts and comments.
