I just read a story about Guy Fieri - when he was in college, to save money
to buy beer, he would just buy plain fries, apply the free buffalo sauce from
the condiment bar, and buy 50 cents worth of blue cheese.  Fire!

And the story also mentioned his wasabi buffalo wings that they serve in the
restaurants.

What - no garlic?

I'm happy with just a bucket of red veg.

No!! You are thinking of Belgium. In the UK red (ketchup) or brown
(preferably HP) sauce is used for chips[1]

Regards
Chris

[1] In the UK fries are called chips, chips are called crisps.
