Fries & Mayo is typically Belgian, not Flemish!!!
This is one of the things French and Flemish speaking Belgians agree on!
Anyways... it was fun to see my country of origin mentioned on EDI-L :)

No!! You are thinking of Belgium. In the UK red (ketchup) or brown
(preferably HP) sauce is used for chips[1]
