Maybe at the same time as procedures are respected, some respect could also be shown for a lot of hard work put in by other people. There is more to life than systems and procedures though at times I wonder when dealing with some technophiles ;-) I'll re-state the key point that you don't seem to have heard. The reason the education project is in marketing is purely historic and the current project has done much more than simple marketing.
