Jerry, RE: 14149.9 kHz --- I would not be comfortable cutting it that close in USB unless I was absolutely certain there was absolutely no energy in the SSB audio 0 to 100 Hz range. I would not trust any transmitter (no matter how good) in that regard. Keep it all within the band limits to be safe.
