Spamassasian allows the user to specify words that could cause a message to be trapped....it sounds fine in theory...but it's possible to enter a word that is part of other words...and thus have a huge amount of messages trapped/rejected.

If an individual is bothered by spam...he or she should NEVER consider managing any type of email system for multiple users...the amount of spam is huge.
