It might be just the ticket for alu parts though. If it wasn't for the weight of river sand spoiling the jiggle, it might work pretty decent on steel but I've not actually tried it myself. I also have to run it outside as the hum pretty well permeates the house when its sitting on a rug on the cement floor of the basement.
