I just ran the Rutex tuning software and the same error occurs, I also found out it happens on X and Y as well but not as noticable. After reading your reply Gene, I checked what others have for servo sizes and I believe I was not only a little bit fooled when I bought these as the seller said they were good enough for the application. Well, I thought they were compact... :( What is strange though is that tuning software seems to call back exactly the amount of steps it should go and the starting position moves anyway. When I ran my test gcode the last time with EMC2 I limited the speed to 200 mm/min and it still gave the error.
