The opto stuff showed up today & its about 50% bigger than I had imagined. So the motor mount plate will need to be "ported and relieved" to make room for them. Also the new BOB showed up, and now I know why it was so cheap. The db25 on the pcb is a male connector! Its also marked as being part of a mach-3 kit. Does mach use male to femail cables? And I wasted time putting it in, only to discover that in my stash of old cables, I didn't hardly have some more of those. If we still have a rat shack in Bridgeport, they might have a female pcb mount. And some one dot per hole perfboard to mount these things.
