Which works, but the crosshairs move when cropping, so the crop displayed
isn't the center of the captured image. Even in 640x480 mode. I did
convert it back to 1280x720 in mode 3, so that works in wide screen
mode.

Then I commented out the toolbar buttons as that horizontal space used
was preventing Tkinter from shrinking the window properly when cropped.
Thats all available in the pulldowns & the idea is to get a window small
enough it can co-exist alongside the LCNC window. In 1280 x, its using
about 2/3rds of the screen width and that doesn't leave enough room for
the LCNC window beside it.

I need to turn on the lights and get it focused on a ruler to quantify
the crosshairs jump. There is only 1 small window and the lights in the
back door for light to get in when the overheads are off. It looks to be
in excess of an inch but is out of focus too. When in 400x400 crop,
when parent is 1280x720, its enough offcenter down to have a white
bottom as its cropping below the scaned area that far.

When cropped, the target crosshairs shouldn't move on the displayed
image. Even 1 pixel would be an error in how the rest of the axis
buttons work.

Thanks a bunch Rainer. If it can crop to exact center of the incoming
image, this will be ready for prime time.
