No go re-read. I was simply making a request and stating a potential conflict in work flow. I even started out light saying timing was funny. It was you who decided lets be a jerk to a new contributor.... > You can do whatever you want to do. But don't you dare tell me what > to do in our own git repositories. Do not touch code you are not actively developing and or going to support. Your interest in Ecire is? Why have you decided to touch it now? That problem existed for YEARS... Commenting out code is NOT a fix.... This is a fix. https://github.com/Obsidian-StudiosInc/ecrire/commit/d07af0ebbebcde9818f2d178861d39a6edcf7269 Which for someone with such EFL experience. A proper code fix should be trivial. Why you did not do such instead of commenting out code blows me away. Who would ever claim commenting out code is a fix.... That you are so possessive over a dead repo. You can keep it to yourself. I haven't the time nor the need for this BS. > Your attitude continues here above with "the nerve". You brought this > up. You started it and you don't like that someone disagrees with > your way of fixing it in the thread that you brought it up in... Your > mails are dotted with snideness like the above. I feel for Samsung and Tizen. With someone so core having such an attitude towards new contributors TAKING over a dead project no one cared about..... You were and are very wrong. Yet you continue to double down. You are not HELPING your own community. Treating people this way I can see why more do not do stuff in EFL. Tizen is hopeless if such remains.... Lose the attitude. Be thankful people are coming along to further develop DEAD code and projects in YOUR repos.... Really amazing!!!! -- William L. Thomson Jr.
