Are you sure you have Folder Z correctly pinpointed? It sounds as if maybe
your original Folder Z doesn't exist any more and you created a new one with
the same name. Rules actually go by folder ID, not by name. (That's so if
the folder is renamed or moved the rules will still go on working.) If a
folder (by ID) doesn't exist any longer the messages will stay in the Inbox.
Go back to that rule and "find" the folder by selecting "Choose folder�" at
the very bottom of the popup list that appears when you click the folder
name, then navigating to the correct folder. Do NOT pick the name "Z" from
the pre-prepared list in that popup. This is where your problem is, I'm
sure. (If you've already done an Advanced Rebuild and recreated the rule,
that will fix it too, but this is a lot easier if it works.)
