Maybe I wasn't clear. What I meant was shooting something like a large 
patch of flowers from VERY close for special effect, at 20mm, so the 
closest flowers would be gigantic, with something else (a building?) or 
flowers in the background.

Since the 20mm focuses closer than the 20-35, I guess it would be more 
spectacular.

My guess is that I would be happy with both the 20mm and the 20-35, but 
unfortunately I must choose... but not forget that I already have the 
28-135... but 20-35 is more useful than 20mm for travel pictures... etc...

I repeat my question: Anyone know the magnification ratio on the 20-35 at 
20mm and 1.1 feet?
