Percy, Aircraft works for women too, or at least a small number of us. If I ever had the choice between an old airplane and a new car, there is no contest. It would have to be the plane. Now the choice between a vintage car, which I love, and and old airplane would be harder, but the plane would win. While we're in fantasy land, why not have both? The '42 Packard that James was talking about sounds super, especially if it were completely restored to new condition. And for a plane, no offense, but I'm thinking of something a little larger than a coupe. Maybe a Navion, a Meyers 200D, or the inline twin, Cessna 337. One can dream, can't one? Yeah, I know. No one plane can do everything. Hard to pick just one, even if it is being given to you.
