FWIW, I've had a lot of failures with the consumer grade WD drives in recent years. It's gotten to the point that I won't buy them anymore. Their high-end SCSI and Raptors have been solid though. Not sure where the scorpio would fit on that spectrum... -- -Regards- -Quentin Hartman-
