I'm not sure if I understand this correctly, but while it may or may not turn out to be appropriate for distributing already-made EV-Meet files, it sounds like it would be an avenue to explore for a live broadcast (brief or extensive) of the event, in some rebellion against TV's apparent present rejection of broadcasting EV events.
