That was probably me, after being still excited about OEVA just that
previous weekend, which was held at the Oregon Museum for Science and
Industry. Yes, it's a great crowd. People go there to learn something;
intentionally, even! They are interested in technology and the future. Their
kids are even more excited to learn.

That is a great idea. I've got a small collection of short video clips and
stills already (from the EV1 to Neon's Buggy), that knitted together with
other video clips, some narration/myths/facts could be a lot of fun. We
could burn it to CD to give-away at Events (donation encouraged?).

There are a lot of reasons, real and imagined, why we aren't seeing
commercial EVs, and the debate of which falls near the edge of this list's
charter. ;-)
