Bruce, I just went to:

http://www.plugshare.com/

You should see a popup above the map with buttons for Residential Chargers,
Public Stations, High Power Stations and In Use Stations. Just uncheck all
but High Power Stations, then click More Options, which brings up a popup
window. Uncheck all the different types under Outlets except for SAE Combo
DCFC, then close the popup. Zoom out and you should see about 15 little
flags. I think it's more than 15 now, some of them are pretty close
together and you need to zoom in to separate them. Don't Forget Hawaii! I
could swear there wasn't one in Toronto yesterday, but there is today...
