Hi Jay,

The Bolt has yellow lights that light up on the outward tips of the side
view mirrors if it detects a vehicle in that particular blind side of the
car.  Over the time, I have had the car, they seem to have improved and I
am assuming this is through the few software updates that it has had.

Also, I drive with my hands at the 10 and 2 o'clock positions and on the
Model 3 terminal screen, my right hand hides any left side blind spot
intrusion.  I'm not impressed with that aspect of the car.

For all of the technological prowess at Tesla, their blind spot detection
can not be relied upon.
