It's actually a big deal, if it's a 20 charger DCFC with 150kW chargers. That's three Megawatts. The Big City Fire would NOT allow us to modify the code to give a 15 second shutdown time. Nope, it has to be hard cut all at once. Three megawatts off the grid with a big arc chute. Not a good idea for a button any homeless dude can press. --- The cost of a shutoff is tiny for L3 stations.
