*That statement is not true, and it's not false either, it's gibberish. When talking about quantum mechanics in general and many worlds in particular great care is needed in the use of personal pronouns such as "my" and "I", they can't be used haphazardly as they can in everyday speech because what they refer to is ambiguous. Extreme care in the use of personal pronouns is needed, or they should be abandoned entirely and replaced with proper nouns. *

*Self-locating uncertainty is illustrated in the question "_my_ eyes are closed, when_I_ open them will _I _see a Forest or a beach?" Many Worlds can give a probabilistic answer to that question. But if the question is "_Bruce Kellett's_ eyes are closed, when _Bruce Kellett_ opens them will _Bruce Kellett_ see a forest or a beach? Many Worlds can give a precise answer, Bruce Kellett will see a forest with 100% probability AND Bruce Kellett will see a beach with 100% probability. *
Which is useless if Bruce Kellett was predicting whether the silver atom would go up or down thru the SG magnetic field.  So the self-locating*/uncertainty/* is about that probability.  So it is clear by the context what /"I"/ referred to.
