Hi all, I have a user that is driving me insane, the latest in her saga was that she came in on Saturday and her "outlook was empty" she has two profiles , The second profile was / is there - I have to tread lightly as the user is HR manager, I looked in her pc and saw that on Saturday her OST and OAB files were all modified at 12:19 pm- her claim was she came in turned on her PC and was not prompted for a password ( very odd since you cant logon without one) then upon launching her outlook it was empty-
I can confirm she came in and turned on her pc by looking at the event log she turned it on at 11:52 am- We are on exchange 2003 - outlook 2003 xpsp2 I have had many issues in the past , all of which I was able to demonstrate were done by the user- missing messages ( which wound up in one of the 20 subfolders) etc... Has anyone heard of something like this before?
