This is not necessarily a MDK9.0 issue. With MDK8.1, I had to use input pipe from /dev/console in a script I run after resuming my laptop. In other words I have something like
kbdrate -s -r 20 -d 250 < /dev/console /Peter -- http://www.linearity.org/turtle/contact.html ``When you have had all the experiences, met all the famous people, made some money, toured the world and got all the acclaim you still think--is that it?
