And I really like Polanski's work (well, the Pianist and, in particular, Chinatown). And I don't think there's a more positive force in movie producing than the Weinstein's (despite producing Michael Moore movies). I can't tell you how many times I've seen movies that I've loved -- offbeat, quirky movies quite often; ones that shouldn't have had a chance in hell of being produced in Hollywood -- that the Weinstein's are responsible for. But it really gets my back up when they push their elitist status around like that. And, it goes without saying, I'm really disappointed in David Lynch's support.
