Well not too much to add other than it was a culmination of a series of experiences where I had the feeling of dying. Initially I was gripped with the fear of death and but the last couple were when I fully surrendered and they turned to be real interesting.I would lay down, the body cold, lifeless yet I was still, completely aware, the experiences didn't last long and I would eventually go to sleep. All these occurred during my Kundalini descension and now they don't fascinate me any longer but were very interesting, enjoyable and memorable.
