I think the witch from New Jersey is referring to YOU not me in the comment "But you're *really* stupid." Otherwise the comment doesn't make any sense. She is addressing you throughout. She tells you that you are stupid, adds that Feste is stupid too, but then comes back to you and says that you are "really" stupid, that is, even more stupid than Feste.
