If you are using a reasonably current MacOS you should check out Text Editor plugin. You can can have multiple windows viewing different verses and the windows are re-sizable. Editing windows show the Enigma codes and you can edit in a different font and size than the lyrics are eventually displayed in. The default viewing font is customizable.
